Celebrating 100 Episodes of Hustle Humbly
We officially made it to triple digits. Celebrating 100 episodes of Hustle Humbly feels surreal, humbling, and honestly a little emotional. What started as two Realtors in Baton Rouge chatting about real estate has grown into a community of agents across the country who show up every Monday ready to learn, laugh, and grow.
Celebrating 100 episodes of Hustle Humbly is not just about a number. It is about consistency, impact, and choosing community over competition week after week.
From Real Estate Chats to Real Impact
In the beginning, we had paper notes, creaky chairs, nervous energy, and zero idea how to record a podcast. Now we have over 200,000 downloads and a growing library of training for Realtors at every stage.
What began as conversations about CMAs and buyers has expanded into mindset, boundaries, systems, motherhood, investing, and professionalism in the real estate industry.
The Episodes That Shaped the Show
Our top downloaded episodes include Culture of the Real Estate Industry, Database: The How and Why You Should Work It, and Intro to Katy and Alissa. Those first few episodes laid the foundation for everything that followed.
We also created curated lists like the Top 9 for New Agents to make navigating 100 episodes less overwhelming.
Scaling Our Coffee Dates
One unexpected gift of the podcast is how it saves time while increasing impact. Instead of one coffee meeting at a time, we now have 100 conversations available for any agent who needs help with open houses, boundaries, follow-up, mindset, or systems.
The podcast has become free training, accessible anytime.
Fan Moments and Funny Stories
We have been recognized in airports, at Halloween, in HomeGoods, and even in closing lobbies. Those moments never get old. They remind us that real people are listening and finding value.
We have also fielded some interesting guest requests and learned to protect the mission of the show. If it does not align with professionalism and practical value, it does not belong here.
Looking Ahead
As we move toward the next 100 episodes, our goal remains the same: help Realtors build confidence, create boundaries, operate professionally, and stop comparing themselves to everyone else.
